A section of Tottenham fans have been reacting on Twitter after it was reported that the club have agreed to send Georges-Kevin N’Koudou on a season-long loan to Mainz.
According to Sky Sports on Wednesday, Spurs are willing to send N’Koudou, 23, out on a temporary deal and are discussing whether there will be an option for the Bundesliga club to make the deal permanent.

Well it seems as though the Tottenham are divided about whether sending N’Koudou out on loan is a good idea. Some are arguing that it will leave Mauricio Pochettino’s squad short of options in attack after the North London club failed to sign anyone in the summer transfer window, while others seem glad to see the back of the former Marseille player. N’Koudou is never realistically going to get any game-time though and even if injuries and suspensions stack up, Tottenham have a solid academy system that has thrown up a bunch of players that Pochettino could be willing to take a gamble on. N’Koudou has hardly shown anything good about himself in his few appearances since joining Spurs two years ago and his loan spell at Burnley in the second half of last season wasn’t anything special either. Will they really miss him if he goes to Mainz? No way.
