OPINION
Understandably, this section of Manchester City fans are very happy to see one of their best young talents starting such an important game. It’s a great decision by City boss Pep Guardiola, starting 18-year-old Phil Foden will raise the excitement of the fans and it will be good for them to see how the young midfielder fares against such quality opposition in Chelsea. You get the feeling that the wonderkid will play a more prominent role this season, as he gains more experience he will become a better player and that is a frightening prospect for fellow Premier League managers.
