Samu Saiz looked like a quality player when he first arrived at Leeds United but then his game seemed to fall of the rails.
Well, the diminutive attacker is back and then some under new manager Marcelo Bielsa and the Leeds fans were blown away by his performance against Bolton tonight.
Bolton must have been hoping that Saiz was dropped tonight after Bielsa promised a heavily changed line-up.
But he kept attacking flair at the heart of his side and between Saiz and new summer signing Patrick Bamford, Bolton were left reeling in a 2-1 loss that could have been much worse.
One fan said Saiz was clearly the best player in the Championship and it’s hard to argue with that on tonight’s evidence.

OPINION
Saiz was unplayable tonight. We’ll never know what happened last season behind the scenes at Leeds but on this evidence, Bielsa is going to take them up to the Premier League at the first time of asking. The players obviously love playing under him and the transformation is incredible. Saiz is back to his best and probably better than at any point last season – and one fan is worried teams will come in for him in the summer window. He won’t be going anywhere though and he can be the player that pulls the Premier League strings for Leeds.
