David Prutton has claimed the “Leeds freight train is going to keep rolling on” at the Liberty Stadium , predicting a 2-0 win for Marcelo Bielsa’s men, if Swansea continue giving the ball away as they have done.

Writing in his column on the Sky Sports website, Prutton said Leeds would be a “tough proposition” because of the way they’ve started the season.

“Against Birmingham on Friday, yes Swansea had plenty of the ball but they were losing it in key areas” Prutton added. “And I think if they continue to do that, Leeds will be the ones to hurt them.”

OPINION

A win against Swansea would be incredible for Leeds and it would really make them worthy of their favourites tag in the Championship. Beating Stoke at home and Derby away has given Bielsa two sizeable scalps already and recently relegated Swansea would be another big one. The freight train analogy is a good one. Leeds have come out of the traps incredibly fast and they took Stoke by surprise and blew them away on the opening weekend. Derby and Rotherham knew what to expect but still couldn’t stop them. Swansea could be seen as their biggest test yet – away from home at a club with a number of players that played in the Premier League last season. If Leeds can beat them, it will give the owners a taste of what might have been after it was revealed that Bielsa came close to signing as their manager in 2015. In the end they went with Francesco Guidolin who lasted less than a year in the job. And it will keep Leeds flying high at the top of the league.
