Nottingham Forest fans have delivered mainly positive reactions on Twitter after Jack Robinson’s confirmed arrival from QPR.
The 24-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the City Ground, after being available on a free after he was reported to have refused a renewed contract offer from Queen’s Park Rangers , with the left-back’s arrival bolstering a depleted defence.

This was met with plentiful responses from the Forest faithful, who have had their Championship hopes increased this season after a busy transfer window thus far with the signings of Joao Carvalho and Diogo Gonclaves. These comments included “exciting player”, “decent signing” and “we are buzzing for these signings.”

OPINION
The confirmation of the signing of Jack Robinson has gone down a treat with the Nottingham Forest fans. His addition has only increased their hopes of promotion as boss Aitor Karanka overhauls the squad – and the supporters have given their seal of approval. The 24-year-old is a quality signing for Forest, and he will add to the level of talent that the club have already acquired. With his addition, the Reds are certainly one of the favourites for promotion – and are definitely going to improve upon their 17th place finish in the Championship last season. Time will tell if he will live up to the fans’ expectations.
