Let's be honest, the bloke was never going to be good enough.
Three different managers and not a single one gave him a go, if that doesn't tell you something about his skill levels then I don't know what will.
Best of luck to him in the future.

Cibicki managed 10 appearances for the Whites last season, but was not able to make an impact, and did not score one goal, and only tallied two assists [Transfermarkt].
It is this dire form that has lead the Leeds fans to being happy after his departure, with some labelling the 24-year-old as deadwood.
OPINION
Great expectation comes part and parcel with any Marcelo Bielsa team, and that could be doubled with the loyal Leeds fanbase. One thing that was always going to be clear is that Cibicki was not the right player to take Leeds forward, and the expected Bielsa clearout has started. Cibicki did not score any goals last season when he was playing, which is a shocking stat for a forward having played double-digit games. The two assists created by the Swede were not enough to convince Bielsa that he could play a meaningful part in this expectation ridden season, although the loan deal suggests that there yet could be a future for the forward at Elland Road.
