A section of West Ham and Atlanta United fans have been reacting on Twitter after it was reported that the London club has enter talks to sign attacker Miguel Almiron.
The Sun has reported that the Hammers have been joined by Newcastle in making contact with the Paraguay international’s representatives about a potential £10million switch from the MLS to the Premier League.
It is understood that Almiron, 24, is open to the idea of swapping the US for England, however some Atlanta fans are suggesting that West Ham should be paying more than just £10million.
On the other side of the pond, sections of the Hammers faithful are either excited about the potential signing, or have not heard of the player.

Miguel Almiron linked to West Ham… If you don't know who he is, he's literally the best player in the MLS along with Giovinco and Ibra.
Say what you want about MLS, Almiron is literally a wizard on the ball, makes things happen.
Like for like with Lanzini…

That's too low for Atlanta. Given MLS' transfer rules, it's not worth it for us unless the fee is at least $20M (£16M)

The Denver Post has previously reported that Almiron is on a deal worth £28,000-a-week at Atlanta United, who currently top the MLS Eastern Conference.
OPINION
Almiron has been in staggering form this season, but fans can be forgiven for not knowing too much about him due to the lack of proper MLS coverage here in the UK. West Ham fans need to take into account what the Atlanta United supporters are saying, and if their opinions are to go by, the Paraguay international will be a very good signing – but would cost more than £10million. This season, Almiron has scored eight goals and supplying 11 assists in 22 appearances across all competitions and West Ham need more options in their midfield. The attacking midfielder could be a sensational buy for anything less than £15million.
