Representatives of Paris Saint Germain forward Odsonne Edouard are en route to London in order to seal an imminent deal to see him return to Celtic on a permanent move, according to Sky Sports.
The broadcaster claim on their official Scottish Twitter account that the two clubs have agreed a stunning record breaking fee of £9million, £3million more than their previous top spend, to see the Frenchman turn his temporary loan from last season into a full move.

It is stated that the senior figures representing the 20-year-old, who scored 11 goals for the Hoops across all competitions last season, are heading over to the English capital to seal a deal before Saturday’s deadline, which would allow other clubs to launch a move for his capture.
Opinion
No pressure Odsonne, but that price tag is massive for a player north of the border. Considering that is the fee that players usually leave, not arrive, Celtic for, the Bhoys are splashing out some serious cash to keep him in Glasgow for the coming years. They are paying for a mix of proven talent, having put in some brilliant displays in the green and white hoops, and potential, for at 20-years-old he will only continue to grow and develop into a top talent. Will this affect the club’s spending for the rest of the summer? The fans will hope not, but there may well have to be some exits sanctioned from Parkhead before any more serious spending takes place. Still, the capture of Edouard should keep the Hoops faithful satisfied for the coming weeks, although doubts may well start to creep in over the future of Moussa Dembele, the fellow youngster heavily linked with a move away in recent months.
