Liverpool star Sadio Mane has spoken out about his Liverpool future, and has put to bed rumours linking him with Real Madrid.
The Senegal international spoke in an interview with Salzburger Nachrichten, as translated by the Liverpool Echo, indicating that he is happy at Anfield.
“I am very happy in Liverpool and my contract will last for three more years,” the elusive winger said.
However, the Liverpool speed machine did admit that he does not know what the future holds beyond that, stating his desire to win the Champions league as a big factor in his career choice.
“But you never know what will happen in the future. I want to win trophies, especially the Champions League.
“To be honest, this defeat was not easy to put away. The whole club worked hard for this Champions League title, but Real Madrid were the better team that day.” Mane added when asked about the Champions League defeat.”
