New Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa must make West Ham wonderkid Nathan Holland his first signing of the summer and bin two dead weights in Stuart Dallas and Ezgjan Alioski.

Compared to a “Young Ryan Giggs” by Hammers academy coach Terry Westley, who also likened the youngster to former Liverpool and Real Madrid winger Steve McManaman in The Sun, the West Ham United 19-year-old kid should be the first player through the doors at Elland Road this summer.

The versatile attacker, who can play on the left or right of midfield as well as in the striking position, would go down a storm amongst the Whites faithful who would love to see a player with his pace and speed of thought.

The 19-year-old, who has also played every level at England youth level, moved to the Hammers from Everton in January 2017 and was integral as West Ham’s U23s finished 5th in the league.

As it stands Leeds’ left-flank lacks pace and any real threat – something which would be immediately rectified upon the Hammers starlet’s arrival.

Dallas and Alioski currently occupy the position but there would not be many fans of the club who will be desperate to see either remain out on the left wing or even at Elland Road in general for that matter as neither particularly fit Bielsa’s player profile.

With Holland in position in the side, he would benefit from Bielsa’s philosophy of pursuing the opposition when without possession, showing fans exactly why he is being likened to the Welsh wizard.
