West Ham fans on social media were blown away by defender Arthur Masuaku after watching his performance against Leicester City on Saturday.

The Hammers secured a 2-0 win over the Foxes at the King Power Stadium and supporters knew one player who deserved praise for his role in their side getting a win.

Several West Ham fans gushed on Twitter about how much better David Moyes’ side were with left-back Masuaku in the team.

One fan stated that the 24-year-old was actually the goat, an abbreviation for greatest of all time, while another tweeted that the left-back was boarding on unplayable at times.

Masuaku has featured 31 times across all competitions for the Hammers this season, scoring one goal, while registering four assists.

While nearly every Hammers fan took time to heap praise on the 24-year-old, one fan shared that they were so wowed by his latest performance, that they were worried.

The supporter in questioned tweeted that there was no way Masuaku was staying at the London Stadium as the Hammers wouldn’t be able to keep a player as good as him.

However that fan may be relieved to hear that the left-back is contracted to the club until June 2020.
