Mauricio Pochettino will be feeling the love on Twitter on Thursday afternoon after the Tottenham manager penned a contract extension that will see him remain at the club until 2023.
It is news that has been confirmed via the club’s Twitter feed and website.
? We are delighted to announce that Mauricio Pochettino has signed a new five-year contract with the Club, which runs until 2023.
First Team Coaching staff Jesús Pérez, Miguel D’Agostino & Toni Jimenez have also agreed new contracts. ?

And that after there had been mounting speculation that the Argentinian native could be off to Chelsea or Real Madrid this summer after he publicly questioned whether the club would be willing to spend to the required amount on new transfers.
Poch arrived in North London from Southampton in 2014 turning the club from a mid-table side into an established member of the top four.
But it is this success that has led to suggestions of a move elsewhere.
Now supporters can relax and enjoy the rest of the summer safe in the knowledge that the popular 46-year-old will be with them for five more years and to lead them into their new stadium next season.
Apart from Arsenal supporters having their say on the news, there was not a negative word on the club’s official update from the Lillywhites faithful who cannot wait to get the new season underway with Pochettino at the helm.
