Tottenham managed to complete a £23million deal for Paris Saint-Germain Lucas Moura on deadline day and he could form an incredible partnership with former teammate Serge Aurier.

The duo both played together with the French giants and had a good understanding, with right-back Aurier playing behind electric winger Moura.

Mauricio Pochettino should seriously consider reuniting the pair on Spurs’ right flank and the combination could tear up the Premier League.

They are both attack-minded players with genuine pace and power, which could bring a great balance to the side and prove deadly in the English top flight.

Moura is likely to miss the weekend’s clash with Liverpool due to injury, but fans are extremely excited about watching him make his debut in the near future.

The 25-year-old is renowned for his brilliant wide play and scored 46 goals plus 50 assists during his PSG career.

His move to the north London club should see him reignite his best form and his link up with the full-back behind him will be crucial to his settling in process.

Aurier should certainly be the first-choice right-back and just edge out teammate Kieran Trippier, but Pochettino has opted to rotate the pair frequently this campaign.

Aurier will already be helping the January addition settle into life in London and there is every change their understanding could shine on the pitch too if given the opportunity.
