Tottenham Hotspur welcome bitter rivals Arsenal to Wembley for a crucial Premier League clash on Saturday, and Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make nine changes from the side that overcame Newport County in the FA Cup in midweek.

After they had to fight back for a 1-1 draw in the first-leg, Spurs ran out comfortable 2-0 winners over their League Two opponents on Wednesday.

An own goal from Dan Butler opened the scoring, before Erik Lamela scored his first goal in well over a year to double Tottenham’s lead, which they easily protected until the final whistle.

They now face a trip to Spotland to take on Rochdale in the fifth-round next weekend, but before that their focus shifts to a north London derby that could have massive connotations come the end of the season.

Spurs currently sit four points above Arsenal in the table, and could put a considerable dent in their rivals hopes to make the Champions League with a win on Saturday.

Arsenal on the other hand could close the gap to just a single point with victory, and Arsene Wenger’s side are known to be extremely handy in the surrounds of Wembley Stadium.

The Gunners are coming off an impressive 5-1 demolition of Everton last time out, and look in good form after a January window that saw them bring in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
