Manchester United fans destroyed Paul Pogba on social media after watching his performance against Sevilla on Wednesday.
Man United drew 0-0 with the Spanish side at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium in the first leg of their Champions League clash.
However despite not losing the game, Man United fans were far from happy with their central midfielder’s performance.
Pogba didn’t start the game against Sevilla, but played the majority of it, after coming on as a substitute in the 17th minute.
The 24-year-old was brought on to replace Ander Herrera, who looked like he had picked up an injury.
However Pogba then failed to impress Manchester United fans with his display, and many shared their disappointment regarding the midfielder on Twitter.
One supporter suggested that Jose Mourinho needed to sub Pogba off if he wanted to win the game, while another fan stated that while they rated the 24-year-old even they thought he had put in a poor performance.
Pogba struggled in Man United’s last league outing against Newcastle United, which they lost 1-0, and the midfielder’s poor performance seemed to carry on into Wednesday’s game.
The 24-year-old has only managed to score three goals, while creating ten, in the 23 appearances he has made this season.
