West Ham should be looking to bring a new centre-forward into their squad in the remainder of the January transfer window, with several of their current options heavily linked with exits.

Javier Hernandez is the first-choice option for David Moyes, while Englishman Andy Carroll is currently sidelined with an injury.

However, goals have been a struggle for the London-based club and they have just 30 in 24 Premier League games.

The Hammers should plot a shock move to sign Everton ace Sandro Ramirez in January as he is reportedly being lined up for an exit.

The Mail report that Newcastle have enquired about taking the Everton striker on loan for the rest of the season.

It is understood that Newcastle are prepared to pay a £2million loan fee and cover his £100,000-a-week wages in full.

The report further details that Spanish clubs Sevilla and Real Betis are keen, but Everton don’t want to sanction his exit on a temporary basis.

West Ham should jump straight to the front of the queue for the Spaniard who ripped up La Liga in the 2016/17 season.

Sandro was phenomenal in the last campaign for Malaga as he scored 16 goals in 31 games across all competitions.

The 22-year-old has not made the desired impact since his arrival in English football this campaign with the Toffees and has one goal in 15 appearances.

However, he has had very little game time on the pitch to settle and a loan move elsewhere should be good for the player.

West Ham need an extra attacking option in their squad and the young Spaniard has shown in the past he can be clinical in front of goal when given a run of games.
