Leeds United have reportedly approached Juventus about signing striker Moise Kean – and the club’s supporters on Twitter are thrilled with the potential move.

Sky Sports Italy journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has reported on his personal website that Thomas Christiansen’s side have made an enquiry for the centre-forward that is currently on loan at Serie A club Hellas Verona.

It is understood that the Yorkshire giants are likely to fall short in their pursuit during January as he stays where he is to complete a loan.

The report details that the Whites are keen to bring the 17-year-old sensation to Elland Road and would be willing to offer him improved wages in the summer.

Kean is a highly-rated talent that has developed from the Juventus academy and is experiencing regular football in the Italian top flight this season.

The Italian teenager has already featured in the Champions League before and is regarded as a future star.

Leeds fans on social media have given a thumbs up for a move to sign the attacker.

One supporter took a dig at current Whites forward Pierre-Michel Lasogga given his difficult start to life in English football.

Christiansen has revealed the need for a new forward during the January window to bolster his attacking options and the club never really replaced Chris Wood in the summer.
