Tottenham Hotspur welcome Manchester United to Wembley on Wednesday evening in a massive Premier League clash, and Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make seven changes from the side that drew 1-1 with minnows Newport in the FA Cup.

Spurs disappointed massively in their display at Rodney Parade, with their League Two opponents coming within eight minutes of a seismic FA Cup shock.

A first-half header from Padraig Amond had given the Exiles a deserved lead, but they tired towards the closing stages and Spurs star Harry Kane was left with a tap in to earn the Premier League side a replay.

Manchester United put in a polar-opposite performance against their League Two opponents, Yeovil Town, with the Red Devils running out 4-0 winners on Alexis Sanchez’s debut for the club.

Sanchez had a hand in two goals before being subbed off by Jose Mourinho in the second half with their progress already secured.

Pochettino made several changes to the side to face Newport, with some fringe players getting a chance to impress, but many failed miserably as Spurs now have an extra game on their demanding calendar with a replay set for the 7th of February.

This is FutbolĀ have selected the expected Tottenham starting XI, including seven changes from that disappointing side and recall for three of Pochettino’s big guns up front.
