Falkirk youngster Tony Gallacher is on the verge of a move to Liverpool after spending a week training with the Red this month, according to the Scottish Sun.
The newspaper claim that Falkirk have accepted a £200,000 bid for the 18-year-old full-back, with the club also negotiating add-ons and a sell-on clause with the Premier League giants.
The Sun report that Jurgen Klopp sanctioned the bid for the starlet after he trained with the club, and the left-sided flyer will start out in their development side.
It is said that Scotland Under-19 star Gallacher has previously been scouted by Manchester United, among a lot of other British interest.
Good move for Liverpool?
As far as development deals go, yes.
Gallacher is quite clearly ready for a step up from the Scottish Championship, and Liverpool have done well to secure his signature.
The 18-year-old has been attracting some big teams recently, and the Reds are fortunate to have come out on top.
And, for just £200,000, it looks a snip.

Likely to happen?
This deal looks close.
A fee has reportedly been agreed, and there doesn’t look to be any last-minute competition.
Expect this one to be announced in the next day or so.
