Everton travel to Southampton on Sunday in the Premier League and should make seven changes to the side.

The Toffees were humiliated on Thursday night after a 5-1 defeat against Atalanta in the Europa League.

However, David Unsworth’s side can bounce back with a positive display in the league if wholesale changes are made.

The Merseyside club are still trying to drag themselves away from the bottom three and currently sit just two points above the drop zone.

They will be without first teamers Oumar Niasse and Tom Davies for the trip to Southampton, with the duo both unavailable through suspension.

Everton should not fear a Southampton team that are just a point above them and don’t possess much of an attacking threat.

Unsowrth should drop Joe Robles, Ashley Williams, Cuco Martina, Tom Davies, Kevin Mirallas, Wayne Rooney and Davy Klaassen ahead of the Saints clash.

Williams and Martina are the two standout players that should be dropped following their performances against Atalanta, with the hopeless duo looking out of their depth at Goodison Park right now.

This Is Futbol has selected an Everton XI that are certainly good enough to cut through a Southampton team and earn three points.
