Danny Rose and Erik Lamela have returned to first-team training ahead of Tottenham’s clash against Bournemouth this weekend.
The long-time absentees were pictured on Spurs’ official Twitter account yesterday (Wednesday) training with the senior squad as they complete their rehabilitation from serious injury.

Argentina international Lamela, 25, has been absent since October of last year with a hip injury that baffled medics before he underwent surgery earlier this year.
England left-back Rose, 27, has not played since January due to a knee injury that required an operation at the end of least season.
The imminent return of the pair comes as Tottenham aim to consolidate their place in the Premier League title race and secure a passage to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
OPINION
The impending return of Rose and Lamela is a huge boost to Spurs. The matches will come thick and fast over the coming months, and Mauricio Pochettino will be delighted to call upon once again two proven performers who will instantly improve the first team. Rose was in the form of his life before he broke down in January and will bring dynamism and speed to the left flank, although he will be competing for a starting place with the rock-solid Ben Davies. Lamela splits Spurs fans with his inconsistency, but he is a creator and a goalscorer capable of brilliance.
