Jurgen Klopp has named his starting XI to take on Tottenham in the Premier League at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool have had a stuttering start to the new season and are currently four points behind today’s opponents in eighth. A win today could take them up to fifth.

History is on Klopp’s side too, as Tottenham haven’t beaten Liverpool since 2012.

Spurs are also struggling to adapt to their new home with most of this season’s form coming in their away fixtures.

They did win for the first time at Wembley in the league last weekend, but the 1-0 victory against Bournemouth wasn’t the most convincing.

The team news was announced on the Liverpool Twitter page ahead of the 4pm kick-off.

Liverpool host Huddersfield next Saturday in the Premier League, with the recently promoted side on a high after their 2-1 win over Man United on Saturday.

Then it’s the return leg against Maribor in the Champions League, which the visitors will be wary of after suffering a 7-0 demolition in their home match.
