Tottenham laboured to a 0-0 draw in their last outing at Wembley, and Mauricio Pochettino must ring the changes to get his Premier League title bid back on track when his team visit West Ham on Saturday.

Tottenham sit in fifth place in the Premier League, five points behind the two Manchester teams, but they’ve only won two league games so far.

Three points away at West Ham would be a massive boost for Pochettino’s men, who are still looking for their first league victory at Wembley.

Some of his regular first-team stars put in an extra shift on Tuesday night in the League Cup, when they battled to get past a spirited Barnsley side at Wembley.

Dele Alli got the only goal of the game and played the full 90 minutes, coming off in injury time for debutant Tashan Oakley-Boothe.

And Pochettino has some tough decisions to make when he decides on his starting XI for Saturday lunchtime’s kick-off.
