Manchester United supporters have taken to social media to express their disappointment at manager Jose Mourinho for leaving Anthony Martial and Ander Herrera on the substitutes bench for the Premier League match against Crystal Palace.
Both players started in the emphatic midweek Champions League 4-1 victory over CSKA Moscow with Martial scoring from the penalty spot and assisting the other three goals.
Herrera also impressed in the midfield alongside Nemanja Matic but even though the likes of Paul Pogba and Michael Carrick are both unavailable, the Spaniard also has to settle for a place on the sidelines for the against Palace at Old Trafford.
United confirmed on their official Twitter account that the duo who participated in the Champions League will not be involved from the start against Roy Hodgson’s side on Saturday afternoon.

With summer signing Matic impressing in the early stages his United career, Herrera has seen less game time this season and he has only completed 90 minutes on two occasions.
Despite starting the majority of the games on the bench this season, Martial has produced some fantastic displays, contributing with five goals and five assists in eight matches.
