How Leeds should line up v Birmingham

|

Goalkeeper and defence

Felix Wiedwald (Goalkeeper) – The summer signing has enjoyed a fairly easy start to his Leeds career thanks to his brilliant defence, but should continue in goal as his footwork has been a big part of playing out from the back.

?Luke Ayling (Right-back) – He should retain his place as he has become the most consistent performer in the team. He is reliable in fulfilling his defensive duties and also supporters the attack well, something he should be doing against Birmingham.

Pontus Jansson (Centre-back) – The fan favourite is arguably the first name on the team-sheet and Leeds haven’t conceded this season with him in the side. He should be thriving for another clean sheet against Birmingham and is a huge organiser at the back.

Liam Cooper (Centre-back) – The Whites captain has turned his performances up a gear this season and should continue alongside Jansson. The centre-back pairing looks unbreakable and you would back them to continue against Birmingham.

Vernon Anita (Left-back) – Has turned out to be a brilliant piece of business on a free transfer and must continue in the team, meaning Cameron Borthwick-Jackson will have to keep waiting in reserve.
