Ronald Koeman will be without seven first-team stars for Everton’s Europa League tie against Hajduk Split in Croatia on Thursday night.

The Toffees travel to Stadion Poljud with a 2-0 advantage from the first leg, after Michael Keane and Idrissa Gueye found the back of the net last Thursday at Goodison Park.

Koeman’s side are now just inches away from qualifying for the group stages of the Europa League, with the odds stacked firmly against Hajduk Split from causing an unlikely turnaround.

However, the former Southampton boss will be without new signings Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez, who are suffering with foot and heel injuries respectively. They are both doubts for Sunday’s clash against Chelsea.

They join Seamus Coleman, Ramiro Funes Mori, James McCarthy, Ross Barkley and Yannick Bolasie on the treatment table, forcing Koeman to field a makeshift side against the Croatians.

This Is FutbolĀ selects Everton’s best possible side to face Hajduk Split, with a 56-time international set to be given another chance to shine in a 4-3-3 system.
