Everton have been installed as the joint favourites to sign Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, according to the latest bookmakers odds.
Bet Victor have priced the Toffees alongside Newcastle at 3/1 to sign the 23-year-old Belgium international this summer.
French club Monaco trail closely behind at 5/1, while fellow Premier League side West Ham follow with a price of 8/1.
Everton’s drop in odds follow as star Romelu Lukaku looks set for a move to Premier League giants Manchester United.
It would be a similar move to what saw Lukaku initially move to Goodison Park after failing to make a name for himself at Chelsea and Ronald Koeman is looking to add reinforcements for an upcoming Europa League campaign.
Batshuayi himself made the switch to England just last summer in a mega £33.2million move after impressing in Ligue 1 with Marseille.
He had bagged an impressive 17 strikes in 36 matches for the French top-flight club in the 2015-16 campaign and many in the Premier League were linked with moves as he looked like one for the future.
However, in Antonio Conte’s title-winning side last season he managed to score just five times in 20 league appearances.
Batshuayi will be hoping for a better return next season with the World Cup coming up next summer, but whether it will be with Chelsea or another club remains to be seen.
