Premier League duo Watford and Burnley are looking at West Ham youngster Ashley Fletcher, according to HITC Sport.

The news outlet details that the 21-year-old has became a target for the top-flight pair who are looking to strengthen their attacking options this summer.

West Ham themselves are also said to be ready to consider offers for the youngster and it is reported that £6million could prise him away from east London.

Fletcher only made the move to West Ham last year from English giants Manchester United, agreeing a four-year deal.

However, he struggled to break into Slaven Bilic’s first team on a consistent basis despite the club’s goal problems with just two Premier League starts to his name.

In total the youngster made 16 Premier League appearances for West Ham in the last campaign, but he failed to find the back of the net on each occasion.

The Hammers, meanwhile are being heavily linked with a number of senior forwards this summer given their problems in front of goal in the last campaign.

As a team West Ham only scored 47 goals from their 38 Premier League matches with Michail Antonio finishing as the top scorer with nine goals.

A potential new addition alongside no European football in the next campaign could see Fletcher awarded even less game time in the next campaign, meaning the club may just look to sell him.
