Tottenham are the only team in the Premier League that are yet to announce the arrival of a new signing and fans are clearly beginning to get aggravated.

Mauricio Pochettino’s squad is without doubt one of the most gifted in the entire country, but it’s clear that the Argentine boss lacks considerable strength in depth away from the Dele Allis and Harry Kanes of the team.

Kyle Walker has recently joined Manchester City in a fee which is widely believed to be around £50million.

Sales of Clinton N’Jie, Nabil Bentaleb and Federico Fazio will no doubt have pushed up Spurs’ incoming fees even higher, meaning that Pochettino should have a huge warchest at his disposal to bolster out his squad.

Tottenham are clearly on the cusp of something great – and last season proved that as they came ever so near to breaking their barren run without major silverware by finishing runners-up in the Premier League and getting to the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Just one or two new additions could write Pochettino into Spurs folklore ahead of moving into their new stadium.

What better way to show the footballing world that Tottenham can be just as successful as England at Wembley than by winning the Premier League.

Here, This Is Futbol analyses three transfer deals that are reportedly underway right now that Tottenham must hijack, including a goal-a-game striker:
