Ronald Koeman must push Everton into pole position to sign Celta Vigo teenager Pape Cheikh Diop this summer as Premier League scouts reportedly watch on.

The Daily Mail claims that top-flight scouts from England will be watching the 19-year-old as La Liga outfit Celta Vigo travel to these shores to face Championship side Brentford and Sean Dyche’s Burnley in pre-season friendlies.

It is said that the 10-time Spain Under-19 international has caught the eye in his home country with a number of impressive performances that has seen him become renowned for his box-to-box style of play.

Everton have already completed a number of new signings this summer including Wayne Rooney, Davy Klaassen and Michael Keane, but Koeman is still looking to add to his side.
