Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has passed his medical at West Ham, according to Sky Sports.

The broadcaster has revealed that the 30-year-old has completed a successful medical with the London club ahead of a potential loan deal.

Hart looks set to become the Hammers’ second Manchester City player to move to the London Stadium this summer after defender Pablo Zabaleta signed from the Etihad when his contract expired last month.

Sky Sports shared the breaking news on their official Twitter account on Monday evening.

Hart spent the previous season on loan with Serie A outfit Torino after he was seen as surplus to requirements at Manchester City by new boss Pep Guardiola, who opted for Claudio Bravo as the squad’s first choice keeper.

The England keeper looked set to fall even further down in the City boss’ ranking this season after he signed Ederson from Benfica.

Hart now looks likely to join Slaven Bilic’s side where the experienced keeper will battle with Hammers’ stoppers Adrian and Darren Randolph for a spot in the first-team.

Both West Ham keepers were used in the London outfit’s pre-season friendly against Austrian club SK Sturm Graz at the Thermenstadion on Monday evening, with Adrian starting and Randolph taking over in goal for the second half.
