Rangers have had an extremely busy summer after a disappointing first season back in the Premiership.

Manager Pedro Caixinha has so far added a massive nine players in his first transfer window in charge following his arrival in March.

The names of Bruno Alves, Graham Dorrans and Ryan Jack are the most recognised to the Ibrox crowd given their careers so far and many are excited to see what the new faces can bring to the team.

However, while the club’s hierarchy have been working hard on bringing in new players, they haven’t been as fast as to discard those who struggled in the last campaign.

Attacking duo Joe Garner and Barrie McKay are the only players the club have so far managed to receive fees for, while Andy Halliday moved out to Azerbaijan on loan alongside experienced centre-backs Clint Hill and Philippe Senderos leaving at the end of their contracts.

There are still a number of names that simply don’t deserve to be in the ranks of a club of Rangers’ prestige and especially one looking to win a domestic title alongside challenging in Europe.
