Paul Butler has been appointed to the Leeds United coaching staff, according to a reliable journalist.
Yorkshire Evening Post correspondent Phil Hay took to Twitter on Saturday evening to highlight the latest new arrival at the club as their massive overhaul on and off the pitch continues.
Hay explained on his personal account on the social media site that Butler is the club’s new first-team coach and has joined manager Thomas Christiansen and his number two Julio Banuelos on staff.

The trio take on the roles that were held last season by Garry Monk, Pep Clotet and James Beattie.
Butler knows the English lower leagues well after a four-year spell at League One club Doncaster Rovers, where he worked with manager Darren Ferguson firstly as a coach and later as the head of recruitment.

Butler had previously worked at Oldham as head of sports science for three years and was fitness coach at Fulham before that when they were in the Premier League.
Christiansen named Banuelos as his number two after they worked together at APOEL and AEK Larnaca, Ivan Torres is the new fitness coach and Marcos Abad will coach the goalkeepers.
Five of the 2016-17 Leeds coaching staff are now at Middlesbrough, with Monk joined by Beattie, goalkeeping coach Darryl Flahavan, fitness coach Sean Rush and performance analyst Ryan Needs.
Clotet has been appointed as manager of League One club Oxford United.
Leeds have also made six new signings this summer, with the latest arrival Vurnon Anita on Thursday.
