Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to hail owner Andrea Radrizzani after the club announced their fourth new deal in a week with the signing of Felix Wiedwald from Werder Bremen.
Goalkeeper Wiedwald is the third major signing in seven days and the fourth deal announced by the club, including the landmark buy-back of Elland Road.
Leeds announced on their official website on Wednesday afternoon that the club’s parent company Greenfield Investment Pte Ltd has completed the purchase of Elland Road following 13 years of private ownership.
The Championship also confirmed last Friday that Poland international Mateusz Klich had been signed from FC Twente for £1.5million and revealed on Tuesday that midfielder Madger Gomes had joined from Liverpool.
The arrival of Wiedwald from Werder Bremen is further proof of Radrizzani’s willingness to invest in the club just over a month since he bought out Massimo Cellino’s half-share to take sole ownership.
Leeds supporters took to social en masse to pay tribute to the efficiency of the Italian businessman running the club.

Wiedwald has joined from Bremen for a reported fee of around £500,000 and is expected to challenge strongly for the number one spot under new manager Thomas Christiansen.
Established first choice Rob Green overcame a shaky start at Leeds to have one of the best seasons of his lengthy career in 2016/17 but he is 37 and out of contract next summer.
