Thomas Christiansen must offload three Leeds goalkeepers if they press on with a reported move to sign Werder Bremen goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald.

The Mail claim Leeds have made a £400,000 bid for the German goalkeeper, who has been a regular in the Bundesliga side’s starting line-up of late by making 59 league appearances in the last two seasons.

It is believed that the 27-year-old is on his way to Elland Road in an attempt to thrash out a move to the Yorkshire giants and enter direct competition with former England international Rob Green for the number-one spot.

Leeds have completed two senior signings this summer in speed machine Hadi Sacko and 10-time Poland international Mateusz Klich, while youngster Madger Gomes joins the under-23 squad on a free from Liverpool.

This Is Futbol believes three Leeds players must leave the club if Wiedwald becomes the Whites’ third summer signing, and Christiansen’s second since taking over earlier this month.
