Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to welcome new signing Carlos Pena to the club.
The 27-year-old attacking midfielder has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal with the Gers, which sees him complete the switch from Mexican outfit Guadalajara.
The Glasgow giants announced the Mexican international’s arrival on their official website and on their official Twitter account on Thursday evening.

Pena becomes Gers manager Pedro Caixinha’s seventh summer signing, as Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack, Dalcio, Fabio Cardoso, Daniel Candeias and Alfredo Morelos have all already arrived in Glasgow.
Pena and Caixinha are well acquainted from the latter’s spell as boss at Mexican outfit Santos Laguna between 2013 to 2015.
The 27-year-old spent the second half of the 2016/17 season on loan at Leon, where he featured eight times.
He made 15 appearances in all competitions for his parent side in the first half of the campaign, prior to being sent out on loan.
Rangers fans were keen to welcome Pena to their club, and one supporter even hailed him the “Mexican Messi”.

Rangers finished third in last season’s Scottish Premiership, a massive 39 points behind their traditional rivals Celtic.
Caixinha was looking to overhaul his squad this summer, and he has certainly done that by bringing in seven new faces to Ibrox already.
