Glen Johnson

The 32-year-old is plying his trade with Premier League side Stoke City.

The Englishman enjoyed a lot of game time last season under manager Mark Hughes as he made 25 appearances in all competitions and helped his side achieve six Premier League clean sheets.

Johnson is a very reliable full-back and with experience, he has improved his defensive game rather than solely concentrating on his attacking abilities.

The former England international has bags of Premier league experience, playing over 300 matches in the top flight.

Johnson would have no issues fitting into the set-up at the London Stadium having played at clubs such as Liverpool and Chelsea.

The full-back’s contract at Stoke expires at the end of next season which indicates that the Hammers do not necessarily need to splash the cash in order to acquire his services.
