Norway international Nordtveit has been abysmal for Bilic’s side since signing on a free transfer from Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach last summer.
The former Arsenal youth player has plummeted down the pecking order, behind the likes of Mark Noble, Cheikhou Kouyate and Pedro Obiang.
Struggling to remain accurate with his passing and being second best in a number of physical duels, it is obvious that Nordtveit is not adept to the speed and strength of Premier League football and a move is now on the cards.
