Everton and West Ham are two of four Premier League sides that have shown an interest in Barcelona forward Munir, according to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The report claims that the 21-year-old La Masia academy product is also interesting Crystal Palace and Southampton after a steady season on loan with Barcelona’s La Liga counterparts Valencia.

Munir had a hand in 10 goals during his 36 league and cup appearances with Valencia, scoring seven times against the likes of Sevilla, Celta Vigo and Sporting Gijon as well as parent club Barcelona on two separate occasions.

However, the one-time Spain international will now return to the Nou Camp with his future in doubt after Valencia informed the player that they would be unable to pay the £10.4million to make his loan permanent.

The collapse of the loan-to-buy deal with Valencia mean Munir is likely to be looking for a way out as Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez are making it near impossible for any other attackers to force their way into the starting eleven.

Mundo Deportivo report that the Premier League quartet are not the only sides showing interest, with Real Socieded and Ajax also seeking to lure Munir away from his boyhood club.

Everton are likely to want to add to their options out wide in the final third, with Enner Valencia returning to West Ham while Yannick Bolasie remains injured with a long-term knee problem.

Slaven Bilic’s Hammers would also improve their attacking options with Munir, as they are yet to properly replace 2015-16’s player of the year Dimitri Payet after the France international left in January to rejoin Marseille.

Munir has two years remaining on his current deal and it remains to be seen if any interested parties will have to stump up the fee Valencia were required to pay to keep him beyond his loan deal.
