Tottenham are the firm favourites to acquire the services of Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw, according to the latest bookmaker odds.
Sky Bet have priced the North London club at 9/4 to secure the signature of the 21-year-old England international in the summer transfer window.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are currently way ahead of a host of Premier League clubs, with Everton and Newcastle United both priced at 14/1 in joint second and Liverpool priced at 16/1.
There have been rumours that Tottenham are going to find it tough to keep hold of full-backs Kyle Walker and Danny Rose this summer and Shaw would be a solid replacement at left-back.
It has been a tough start to life at Old Trafford for Shaw since moving to the Manchester giants from Southampton at the start of the 2014-15 campaign.
The full-back suffered a horrendous leg break in a Champions League group stage tie against PSV in September 2015 which saw him miss the rest of the season.
Since returning from injury, Shaw has failed to impress current Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho and the Portuguese has publicly criticised the youngster on numerous occasions throughout the season.
Shaw has only made 29 Premier League starts during his three year stint at Manchester United.
