Tottenham fans could not hide their astonishment after watching midfielder Moussa Sissoko scoring his first goal of the season for the France national team on Friday evening.
The 27-year-old found himself on the scoresheet as France came away with an emphatic 5-0 victory against Paraguay in a friendly match at the Stade de la Route-de-Lorient.
Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud scored a hat-trick and Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann finished off the scoring on the night.
Sissoko has certainly not found life easy in North London following his move from Newcastle United and Tottenham supporters were quick to take to social media and deliver their verdict on what this goal could mean for the French midfielder’s career at Spurs.

It is clear that the majority of the Tottenham faithful feel that this goal could potentially see Sissoko leave the club for a much higher fee this summer.
The midfielder recently mentioned to the print version of French newspaper L’Equipe that he could leave the North London club in the transfer window in order to improve his chances of playing in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Sissoko is likely to feature in France’s important World Cup qualifier against Sweden on June 9 before meeting England in a friendly match at the Stade de France on June 13.
