Everton have completed the signing of Malaga forward Sandro Ramirez, according to reliable journalist Dominic King.

The Daily Mail reporter has claimed on his personal Twitter account that the Toffees should formally announce the signing of the 21-year-old within the next 48 hours.

It is said that the former Barcelona academy product has already passed a medical at the Premier League club with manager Ronald Koeman completing another signing.

“Another signing for Everton,” King revealed on his personal Twitter account. “Sandro Ramirez is done and should be formally announced in 48 hours. He’s passed a medical.”

Everton, who finished seventh during the recently concluded campaign, have already snapped up Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen this summer.

If Ramirez’ deal is completed then he will be the third player to move to the blue half of Merseyside in less than a week.

During his career, Sandro has played for his boyhood club of Barcelona and Malaga, who finished 11th during the recently concluded La Liga season.

Over the course of the campaign, Sandro struck 14 goals from his 30 league matches as the former Champions League winner is now set to play in England’s top tier for the first time in his career.

It is likely that the highly-rated youngster could be a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who is heading for the exit door at Goodison Park after he refused to put pen-to-paper on a new contract at the club.
