The Echo report that the former Tottenham trainee is valued at £10million by Liverpool. Has knocked on the first-team door in the last two seasons but has been unable to batter it down despite making a sound impression during his 20 first-team appearances in central midfield. Now 23, Stewart signed a five-year contract last November but has not figured for the senior side since January and it is hard to see him forcing his way into the team at the start of the new season. A summer exit is seemingly inevitable.
