Tottenham eased to a 4-1 victory against Kitchee in a friendly clash in Hong Kong on Friday – and fans were impressed with the display of Kazaiah Sterling.
The 18-year-old came off the bench and rounded off the win by finding the back of the net in stoppage time.
Son Heung-Min, Vincent Janssen and Harry Kane were also on the score sheet in the end of season exhibition clash while former Sao Paulo striker Lucas scored Kitchee’s consolation goal.
Sterling is one of many emerging English talents at White Hart Lane and his inclusion in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad paid homage to how well he performed in Spurs’ development sides this term.
Tottenham fans were understandably delighted to see yet another youngster break his way into the first-team, albeit in a friendly, and took to Twitter to give their thoughts on Sterling’s display against Kitchee – with some dubbing him as “the next Pele”.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

Sterling, who has two caps and one goal for the England Under-18 side, has made three appearances in Premier League 2 this term and found the net twice.
The teenage striker has made 27 appearances across all youth competitions this season, scoring 11 goals – most of which coming while representing the Under-18s.
