West Brom could turn to Vincent Janssen to solve their goalscoring problem.

According to a report in the Birmingham Mail the Spurs striker is one of a number of scoring options being considered by Tony Pulis.

Janssen has had a disappointing return in front of goal for Spurs but wasn’t far off scoring a goal a game at AZ Alkmaar last season.

Pulis was keen to sign Janssen at that stage but the 22-year-old opted to move to Spurs in a £17m deal.

Despite failing to capture his goal touch Jansson is still highly thought of by the West Brom boss who is desperate to bring in someone capable of challenging or replacing Salomon Rondon.

This season Rondon is the top Premier League scorer with seven goals with Pulis looking to find a striker capable of hitting 15 to build on this season’s top half finish and push for a Europa League place.
