Tottenham and Everton are keen on signing Leicester City winger Demarai Gray as the possibility grows that he has played his final game for the club, according to the Telegraph.

The newspaper name Gray, 20, as one of 30 Premier League players who won’t play for their clubs ever again.

The Telegraph report that the left-winger, who is renowned for his extreme pace and stepover tricks, is “frustrated” at his lack of game time this season at the 2016 champions.

This has opened the door to his potential suitors, who include big-hitting duo Spurs and Everton.

It has been widely reported, including by the Mirror, that Liverpool are also interested in signing the England Under-21 international when the summer transfer window opens on 1 July.

Gray has a release clause in his Leicester contract that is said to be worth £12million, an affordable sum for the Premier League’s richest clubs.

Since making a £3.5million move from Birmingham to Leicester in January 2016, Gray has had mixed fortunes.

He has showed fleeting glimpses of his calibre, but he has mainly been used from the bench and has yet to consistently dismantle leading defences.

Gray has scored just two goals and supplied seven assists in 55 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes.
