Spurs are preparing a summer move for Andre Gray.
According to a report in The Mirror the Burnley striker is being lined up to bolster Tottenham’s striking options.
Gray has scored eight priceless goals in the Premier League to secure Burnley’s place in the top flight but is out of contract at the end of next season.
The 25-year-old has had a Jamie Vardy like career rising from the non-league ranks through Brentford to scoring in the top flight.
Spurs are looking for reinforcements to Harry Kane and are confident that Gray could play alongside the England striker and also on his own if required.
After two successful seasons with Sean Dyche it’s expected that Burnley could collect close to £30m for the striker who won’t be short of offers at the end of the season for the player that they signed for just £9m and who has been instrumental in their successes over the last two seasons.
