Monaco have entered the race for Everton and Spurs target Youri Tielemans.
According to a report on talkSPORT the young playmaker could be on his way to Monaco as the French side cash in on their stunning Champions League form.
The 19-year-old is in his fourth season in the Anderlecht side with Spurs and Everton both making enquiries during the January transfer window.
Anderlecht are resigned to losing Tielemans and are hoping that an auction breaks out in order for them to raise the maximum possible fee.
Monaco are expecting to lose three or four players on the back of their Champions League exploits but the upside of that is that players are more interesting in joining them than they were a year ago.
Tielemans can play across any of the midfield positions with a move to Monaco involving less disruption that preparing for a move to the more physical English game.
