Chelsea are set to launch a bid for Youri Tielemans.
According to a report in the Daily Express the Anderlecht playmaker is wanted by Antonio Conte who is prepared to offer £25m.
Tielemans has been in outstanding form this season highlighted by his display last week against Manchester United with the scouts out in force for Thursday’s return leg at Old Trafford.
The 19-years-old has already been playing first team football for three years and seems certain to be the next big Belgian export.
Spurs, Everton and Manchester United have been watching Tielemans closely but with their strong Belgian links Chelsea are hoping to convince the midfielder to move to London.
