Yaya Toure will be the biggest summer Bosman according to Pep Guardiola.

In an interview with The Mirror the Manchester City boss believes that the midfielder, who will be 34 in May, will have the choice of some of the biggest clubs in the game.

Toure was frozen out of the City team at the start of the season but returned to favour in November and hasn’t looked back since.

City paid Barcelona £24m to sign the powerful midfielder in 2010 and have had full value despite Toure being one of the best paid players in the game.

In January he turned down money spinning moves to China which suggests that he’ll move for football reasons rather than finance.

City won’t be offering to match his current £220,000 pay packet but with Guardiola singing his praises there may be a chance that he could extend his City career into an eighth year.
